Meet the people behind the code

It is not everyone who can say that they’re working with “royalty”, but I am lucky enough to say that I do.

Prince is our managing director and the kind of person who sets the direction without needing to say much. He moves through vision meetings, creative discussions, and client calls with a quiet confidence that makes everything feel just a bit more possible. There’s a clarity in the way he leads, it’s steady, open, and full of intention. And while his leadership is calm, his FIFA celebrations are anything but, because when he wins, the whole office knows.

Where Prince leads with presence, there’s someone else who takes a different approach. He works more quietly, more behind the scenes, but his impact is just as strong.

Petrus has a way of solving problems before most of us even realize they exist. He’s the steady pulse of the team, working through complexity with an ease that makes it look simple. When something just works, there’s a good chance he’s the reason why. Have you watched Mr.Robot? If not, Petrus will make sure to remind you of "the best series" ever.

Of course, even the most brilliant code needs someone to make sure it not only works but looks and feels right too. That’s where Fredrik comes in.

With a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand, Fredrik brings clarity to our frontend work. He makes sure everything lines up, flows smoothly, and stays consistent across the board. But his role doesn’t stop at the screen. He’s our unofficial office manager and the one who keeps the office from drifting into chaos. Every team has someone holding the place together. For us, that’s Fredrik.

Ludvig brings something else entirely. He’s the kind of developer who makes things feel effortless. On the Hjärnfonden project, his frontend work has added just the right balance of precision and personality. But it’s what he brings beyond the code that really sets the tone. As our resident office DJ, he keeps the playlists fresh and the atmosphere light. One moment it’s deep focus, the next it’s Lambada floating through the room... it’s kind of our anthem and somehow, it always fits. That’s Ludvig, smooth in every sense.

Talented, thoughtful, and genuinely fun to work with. They write the code, yes, but they also shape the culture, the conversations, and the little moments that turn a regular workday into something more. Being part of this team means building together, learning from each other, and not taking ourselves too seriously along the way. And honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
